Privacy & Contact Information
Information for people sending enquiries through this website.
Contact details
The website is operated as Eastbourne Roofing Services. To ask about an enquiry or request correction or deletion of your submitted information, email j.bpropertydevelopments01@gmail.com or telephone 0800 007 5438.
Information you send us
When you use an enquiry form, we request contact details, the property or delivery postcode and your message. We use this information to respond to your request, provide a quotation or discuss a service. Do not submit sensitive information through the website.
Form handling
The enquiry forms use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to deliver enquiries by email. Information supplied on a form passes through that third-party service. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by telephone or email.
Other websites
WhatsApp links open an external messaging service. Example work photographs are loaded from a separate website controlled by our team. Those services may process usage data under their respective privacy policies.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry information is kept as needed to manage enquiries and work, or to comply with applicable record-keeping duties. You can request access to or deletion of your information where applicable by contacting the address above.
This page is a practical notice for the current website setup and should be reviewed alongside the business’s actual data-handling practices before the site goes live.
